Cancelation policy
1. All cancelations before 72 hours of the service are subject to a 10% service fee.
2. Other cancelations before 72 hours of the service, deposits will be refunded.
3. Other cancelations within less than 72 hours but before 24 hours of the service, the company will keep 100% of the deposit.
4. No show or other cancellations with less than 24 hours client must pay 50% of the balance due.
5. Private services, no show or other cancelations, with less than 24 hours, the client must pay 100% of the balance due.
6. Deposits for private boat tours are not refundable if cancelations are with less than 30 days prior to the day reserved.
7. Client must be at a pickup location 5 minutes prior to stated pick up time.
8. By making the payment, the client agrees and accepts the cancelation policy stated in this invoice.
